Kevin wanted me to post a picture of the "crop" we harvested last night. He was so proud we got so much from our garden. The green peppers though are from our neighbor. That is probably the last little bit of corn for the season...we may get a few more decent ears. It has been very tasty though. We made salsa last night with all our stuff. It turned out really well, but according to Kevin is only a mild salsa...it's plenty hot for me. So in a few days when more tomatoes are ripe we'll make a hot version as well. I'm liking canning a whole lot more than I thought I would. And it's way more fun once the temperature has cooled down. :)

I love gardens and can't wait to have one! The veggie's you got are beautiful.
And to answer your question, we still don't know when we'll be able to be sealed!! It's a little nerve racking, but it will happen at a better time than I, myself can plan.
