Owen Stats

I forgot to post this earlier in the week...

Owen had his 1 yr checkup this week. He is in the 92nd percentile for height and only the 24th for weight. He doesn't look skinny though. He's also in the 90th for head size. lol

While there the doctor offered flu shots for all the kids. Emily was first and cried just a little bit, but she was very brave. Tyler was next and barely even flinched. He's so tough. Owen had to have 3 shots besides his flu shot and he took it like a little man. He didn't cry until the 4th one, which the nurse said would sting a bit. He also had his finger poked and didn't even seem to mind. He's tough physically, but lately he's been very clingly. It's really starting to get old. He doesn't even like Kevin much right now. If I leave the room he starts screaming right away. I sure hope he grows out of this stage really quickly.

Emily had a reaction to the flu shot. The area got red and huge. She complained that it itched. We gave her Benadryl and talked to the doctor. He wasn't worried about it and this morning it is looking tons better.
