Another view of our basement.We still have lots of little things to finish up, but the major stuff is now done. :) Why are the couches two different colors you ask? Well...it took us 5 years to finally find a set of couches that we both liked. The problem was they had been discontinued so our only options were to choose from what they had left. Kevin really wanted the chocolate brown, but they only had that in the couch. We could have driven to Yuma, AZ to pick up a matching loveseat, but we decided that wouldn't be very practical. After making the salespeople move the tan couch to a different part of the store we decided that we liked that color as well. (Where it was before made the couch look pink, but it isn't pink at all) Kevin refused to give up his chocolate brown couch so we decided to just go with the same couch in two different colors. I think I really like it.

It makes sense because one's a love seat and the other's a couch...
So, are we doing anything fun for Tyler's birthday? There's a bus that goes to Payson, I could look into it if you're having a realtime birthday party for him, then you could just drive me home, or you could drive me both ways, or you couldn't have a party, I'm assuming a lot.
