St. George Weekend

These are in no particular order as usual. Here are the boys using their trucks to pull their Jeeps around the house, just like daddy did to get our Jeep to St. George.
They just recently opened an area of about 22,000 acres designated as an OHV (off highway vehicle) park right outside of St. George. Unlike Moab where you have to stay on the designated trails, here you can drive where you want to in the 22,000 acres. There are trails to follow, but you don't have to stay on them. I think Kevin is in love.

Getting a little help keeping the front end on the ground as he finishes going up a hill.

He did make it up this.

The best part for the kids was getting to play in the sand everytime we stopped. The weather was so nice. The high was around 60 every day we were there. We all ended up a little bit pink by the time we got home.

Nice scenery.

We couldn't make it out of this spot, so we had to get pulled out.

Owen had a fun time practicing his climbing skills. He couldn't keep up with the rest of the kids and was usually left behind. Another year or so and he'll be able to keep up with them.

Going up another hill.

We had a fantastic trip. The weather was perfect and the Jeeping was fun. Owen didn't do too well in the hotel, so we slept less than we would have liked, but we still survived. He fell off the bed twice the first night, so after that we folded up the comforters and made him a nice bed on the floor. I think one of the kids' favorite part was eating muffins for breakfast at the hotel.
I have a few more pictures to post from our friends that were there. We didn't get any pictures of it, so as soon as they email me the pictures I will post them and tell you another fun story about our trip. :)
If you want to see more I will download all of the pictures on facebook.

Hooray for jeeping, I'm jealous you got to go spend time in warm weather!
