More Jeeping

We had our annual big trip to Moab last week and had a great time. I tried not to bombard you with pictures as I'm sure most of you find them boring, but Kevin has friends that like to see them. This was at the very end of the last trail we did on Saturday. Kevin never made it out forwards. He had to back out and go around, but not after he had covered the Jeep with mud.
It was nice weather so Kevin convinced me to take the doors off while we jeeped. It was certainly a different experience not having the doors on. This is just water and he did make it out of here just fine.
Kane Creek Canyon.
The beginning of Cliffhanger. This is also a bike trail, but I've yet to see a biker in Moab that looks like they are actually enjoying themselves. They all seem absolutely miserable.
We took a picture of the kids here last year. I didn't have the chance to find last year's picture to post and compare how big the kids have gotten.
Kevin isn't around, if he was he could tell you where we were. All the trails start looking the same to me.
You can see the scratch marks from other Jeeps, but I don't think we scraped on this one.
This was our group of people that went. It was a great number. Fewer Jeeps and it isn't that exciting and more Jeeps just makes the trails take too long while you wait for everyone to do the hard obstacles.
If you enlarge the picture you can see that Kevin put a lizard on Owen's shirt. He was not very happy about it. We couldn't get any of our kids to hold it.
You can't really tell in the picture, but the rocks are circling a dinosaur footprint. This was the first trail we did and it was just an easy fun trail for the kids. There were dinosaur footprints all over the place, which was pretty cool.

Travis wants to come next year :-), or maybe in a few years when the horror of this last trip has worn off.
