This is where I would live if we could afford it. It is an old school built in 1923. I have tried to find information about it online, but have been unsuccessful other than I know who owns it. I would love to buy it and turn it into a home. It's on 2.5 acres and overlooks a small lake and the mountains. It just sits there with the barbed wire fence around it rotting away and I think that is sad. If anyone would like to buy it for me I wouldn't object. ;) Kevin and I will even do all the fixing up (okay...mostly Kevin.)

Yeah, where is it? I would support you buying that. It would be a gigantic house!
It is in south Payson, technically Spring Lake, but that isn't really a city anymore. It wouldn't be that huge...it is less than 4,000 square feet. Looks bigger in the picture than it actually is.
