Bathroom, sleeping, and the fridge

The picture is actually facing the right direction, hooray! Here is the bathroom now...we are just waiting on our tile to come in and then we can get it finished!!! I am so excited to take a bath in that huge tub and finally get to "go" upstairs again. lol

So this weekend we decided we were tired of Owen waking up 4 or 5 times every night for no real apparent reason. We let him cry it out both nights until he finally went back to sleep. It was not fun for me or Owen, but Kevin barely noticed. Last night out of the blue Owen slept through the night, completely!!! We put him to bed at 8:30 and I didn't hear a peep out of him until 7am. I was so excited. I don't know if it was just a fluke or if it will be permanent, but it made me happy. I'll keep you posted.

And our fridge has broken again. :( It has been less than a month since it was fixed. Now I am walking out to the garage again every time I need something. We have an appointment for Wednesday, but I doubt they will fix it then...they will try to decide what to do, since they already replaced all the "guts" inside. Then I'll have to wait for another appointment when they will hopefully try to fix it again. If it doesn't work this time we will just have to get our money back from RC Willey and buy a new fridge. I'm not happy about it at all. I'm never buying another "as is" fridge again, or a GE for that matter.

Looks like the bathroom is coming along. We had to let our foster baby cry it out too. It's not fair that dads can sleep though it so easily, but it worked. Good luck with your frig. I can sympathize. We've only used our AC for one summer and the company wants to charge $1000 to fix it. Being a grown-up is soooo frustrating. GRRRRRR (beware--that's my growl)

Your bathroom is looking so nice. I love that tub! That sucks about your fridge. Hopefully you will have a working one again soon.

That's so typical for daddy's to sleep through it all. I love it when I'd be up 4 or 5 times and Travis would wake up the next morning and be "pretty good night hug, I didn't hear a thing" Yeah, right!! At least one of us is getting a bathroom.

It's the first snake I've ever seen down here and it wasn't very big, only about 12 inches and skinny. We took him across the street to find a new home. I doubt he will be back. I think Kevin is safe!!

What is the deal with your fridge?!? That has to be so frustrating!

I was showing Patrick the pics of all that Kevin has been doing to your house....and he was pretty impressed! Wish you guys lived closer, then we could hire Kevin to come and help us do stuff to our house!

Anyways, Brayden played soccer for 2 months, it just ended while we were in Utah last week. He actually played a little longer, he had games every Sat. for 2 months, but started practicing a few weeks before the games started.
