Tyler

Tyler's speech therapy started today for the school year. It is amazing how much better he is talking than when he first started with them in February. He does such a good job of sitting in his chair and paying attention to the teachers. His class only has one of the same kids from last time and the rest of them are brand new to the therapy, so it was a little roudy, but I'm sure things will calm down once they all learn the routine.

When they split up and did one on one time with the kids Tyler did so well. Last year it seemed to be a constant struggle to get him to pay attention and it was quite the fight to get him to say the words the teacher would ask him to do. He wasn't perfect, he is 3 after all, but he did a great job. There was no fighting with the teacher, just being distracted by the new room and the toys right next to him. I was so pleased with how well he did. :)
