Whitney wanted a new post. I don't have any pictures, but I can tell you a little about what has been going on at our house lately, which is never really very much.
I've been working at my job now for 7 months. I like doing it and I get to learn new things all the time. I'm waiting to hear back from my boss on whether or not I'll be getting a raise, which would probably be 1/4 of a cent per line. Hooray.
Kevin has been working, as usual. Things are going well for him and he is learning to become a better salesman. We are still learning how to live on a commission based salary. Give us a few more years.
Emily loves school and is so cute in her glasses. She only wears them at school and has learned to keep them in her case when she isn't wearing them. She is doing better at that than I thought she would. We got a letter the other day letting us know she is going to be tested at school because she doesn't put her tongue in the right place when saying her S sound. Whitney finds this hilarious. :P She is very excited to be a witch for Halloween.
Tyler is doing well in speech and even gets really excited every Tuesday when he gets to go. He still carries McQueen around with him every where he goes and we have to remind him to put it down while he is getting dressed, going potty, cleaning, etc. Tyler is going to be Woody for Halloween.
Owen is a 2 year old. He has learned the word "no" and no matter what you tell him or ask him, his first response without any thought at all is "no". It's getting very annoying. He lays on the floor and throws fits when he doesn't get his way and even knows how to go to his room when he is in trouble. He is doing really well at talking and puts two words together pretty regularly. He hates me and loves Kevin at the moment. I have to force loves out of him and Kevin can get them whenever he wants. It is so not fair. Owen is going to be a dragon for Halloween. Poor kid and his hand me downs. I also wanted to mention that Owen likes to wake me up about an hour before the alarm goes off by "bouncing" and moaning. It is not making me happy.
I hope you enjoyed the new post.
