Friday night Kevin and I went up to Provo to stay at a hotel for our anniversary since we had Shelby to watch the kids over night. We had a lot of fun. We went out to dinner and swam in the hotel pool, which was freezing. While at dinner Kevin was playing with his new phone that he loves and saw that Shelby had updated her facebook status mentioning the fact that our kids were jumping off the couch and kicking each other. Saturday morning she texted me to let me know that Owen's eye was swollen shut. Poor little guy looks so sad. It didn't really seem to bother him one bit and by the time we got home about an hour later it was already looking a whole lot better. When he woke up this morning, it was completely back to normal. Now if we could only teach Emily that she has to follow the rules even with a babysitter...

haha! Was Emily the kicker? I love how when someone is babysitting kids think that rules don't apply. Where does that come from?
