This is me standing in the kitchen taking a picture of the living room. The wall between the two is gone. :)
We've decided to spend the time refinishing the wood floors in this room, they are really in decent shape, so it won't take much.
Look at our beautiful ceiling. It's interesting to see how they used to do things before they had plywood. The original shingles are right on top of those planks of wood...no tar paper or anything inbetween.
Here I am standing at the front door taking a picture of the kitchen, you can better see that the wall is gone. If only you could see the mess I live in for real. It's really a lot of fun. :P

I can't read the purple letters. Change the color lady!!
You should be o.k. changing the blog. Just make sure it's a two column format, then you won't lose anything. I go to matiekay.blogspot.com for some of the one's I've used. I haven't ever lost anything with hers. Good luck.
What a big project to undertake! Good luck with it! I bet it's going to be amazing when you're done!
